You're late for the meeting. Tripping over your own feet, you stumble in through the back door, almost colliding with the stand of precariously balanced cups of tea that some kind individual thought to place there as sustenance for the discussions ahead.

In the middle of the room, several Division members are already seated, and as you take your place, you offer a sheepish smile.

The cups of tea are handed out, and the discussion begins.

This is the Division Discussional where all matters pertaining to 1st Division can be discussed by all members.

Some important things to remember when using this thread.
- The opinion of all Division members is important, therefore inside this thread, there is a general 'rank amnesty' below Vice Captain. Whether you are recruit or Third Seat, we want to hear what you have to say and suggest, so please put your ideas forward!

-This thread is only for members of the First Division.

-Final decisions are at the Captain and Vice Captain's discretion.
